CyanPhase Basic Effects

The CyanPhase Basic Effects plugin is a WaveEditor plugin that works with Overloader (which works with Buzz). It is more of a demonstration plugin and sample plugin to show what is possible with the WaveEditors plugin interface. This plugin in particular does not do much except gain and cut.
